It’s a body-weight, core-focused, foundational-movement exercise class for adults (age 16 and older). Learn the correct and safe way to do those fundamental exercises that help keep your body strong, supported, and protected from injury.
Any adult (16 and older) can participate – you DON’T need to be a current Kuk Sool Won of St. Paul student to be in this class.
